My very favorite writing spots on the web are rejection sites. These help keep me going as each rejection shatters what I view as my dream each day. Unfortunately, sometimes I forget about all the acceptances I've had over the years, but going to rejection sites helps me get back to reality--ALL WRITERS GO THROUGH REJECTION! There. That felt good!
Here are my favorite rejection sites. Enjoy!

Notes from the Slushpile
by Candy Gourlay
This is a blog from a UK author but its editorial insight is applicable to US publishers. A must to see inside the slushpile--the reason for rejection!
Correspondences with YA Fiction Agents
by Robyn Schneider
This is similar to Gerard Jones' chronicle below except that she gives names in the correspondence wheresas poor Gerard had to retract. And this is for YA agents! Fun stuff!
Everyone Who's Anyone in Adult Trade Publishing
by Gerard Jones
This looks like a listing of TONS of agents' and editor's (mostly for adult trade) email addresses, but it really is a goldmine to the inside scoop on rejection. I spent a whole morning reading and still didn't get through the second page. Have fun!
The Sobering Saga of Myrtle the Manuscript: A Cautionary Tale By Tappan King
Even though this is not a rejection tale, it is a very funny look inside the journey to publication! Don't miss this hilarious read!
Mary Soon Lee's Mailbox Blues
